Subject: Off to Canada this weekend in BC

Hey, if anyone lives in Vancouver, I'll be in town
this weekend and would love to get together for
coffee. It's Thanksgiving in the US and I'm taking off
for some downtime. Email me off list if you are
interested. :)

Subject: PRAYER: UPDATE [More Than Private Update] (Was: In THAT PLACE Again
**LONG**)

Hi All,

*WOW!* First, please allow me to say a HUGE Thank YOU for all the lovely
messages, prayers, thoughts and emails; I just can't tell you what they mean to
me. I *think* I answered all of them personally (???). If I missed anyone, it
sure was not intentional, believe me.

I got some news this morning, and I am cutting, pasting (and editing) from
what I just wrote to my folks. YOU MIGHT get this more than once, (I did a
"reply all" thing from what I wrote before), and I am sorry about that, if you
do, though I am definitely saying more here than I did to them.

I still cannot type very long, (likely will type in sessions) so *maybe*
(haha) not as long-winded of a post/email (haha). (WRONG, it is still quite
long.....) Workman's Comp., *WAY* faster than usual, approved the really
complicated surgery on my left shoulder (even *without* dictation from the Doc,
geeeeeeee). They only approved "limited" Physical Therapy, which is apparently
a problem (critically impairs the outcome )--per my Ortho Doc's Office--and he
says we will fight them on this. Another issue is GETTING to PT (I currently
*make too much* if you can believe that, of course, that is about to change,
we will see--for many of the assistance programs--thanks to many for their
suggestions, by the way!!!), but I will try to remain optimistic on this and all
fronts. It has to be AFTER I see the Social Security Shrink, and SS Internist,
so it will be the week of December 12; I don't have an exact date yet.

The person who is reviewing my Claim for Social Security Disability ("Social
Security Analyst") said a solid update from my Ortho Surgeon about this will
go a long way in helping get my SSDI approved. At first she even thought maybe
it might make the other two appts. unnecessary (and perhaps she could approve
my SSDI like THIS WEEK ), but, upon reflection, realized she needed the
Psych stuff, and more on my Migraines (Internist--why not a Neuro Doc? Don't
ask me;....they have reports from mine, oh well, and, it has been a year
since I have seen him; he just writes for my meds without making me come in).
I was able to pay for my Medical/Health Insurance for November, and get 3 months
worth of meds, thanks to him (Neuro Doc), God Bless him, he faxed them all in,
so I did not have to do the "by mail" thing. I have sent a copy of my DPA
for Health Care to all my Docs now (I think), so that my S.O. can handle this
stuff without me being there (he is my DPAHC).

Problem with my Health Care Ins. (beg pardon--meds mess with my memory, if I
said this before?) is that it is COBRA. 1) The Cobra runs out 5/11/07; UNLESS
I am granted Social Security Disability; the Insurance Company would then be
forced to extend it for another 18 months--but there's the matter of paying for
it. 2) It costs about $425 a month; and then about $250 in copays for my
meds every three months. That's a big issue. These are my regular meds. I may
have to ask how to get off of some of them without "having seizures," or other
nasty things like that, and, yes, my migraines would come back. One of them,
I will have to find the $$ for, or, 1) I will be awakened with Sleep/Night
terrors 5-10 times per night, and 2) I have been on it for so long (18 years +)
hospitalization would be required for the withdrawal (Klonopin).

She does make it sound like she is leaning toward approving it, but it is
awfully hard to tell about these things. She also told me to "lean on" my Ortho
Doc a bit. I called; turns out he has not even dictated my last three appts.
::::::::::::::::grrrrrrrrrrr:::::::::::::::: His assistant said she would
"work on him, and fax what she has, with a 'More to Come' note...." .
*IF** I were approved, they would be giving me a lump sum from August 10th of
2005. That would carry things for a while, yes.......!!!

News from STATE Disability is that they will pay me through December 3
instead of November 28 (5 more days than I thought); so, that helps a little,
since I am receiving the "maximum." And, yes, every little bit helps, so that
is a tiny bit of good news.

I am still not sleeping well at all; I wake up from not only pain, but from
Nightmares (PTSD) and my Sleep/Night Terrors that are not as well controlled as
they should be. I cannot find a comfortable position in which to eat, sleep,
lie, SIT, whatever.

I am waiting for an answer from Social Security on two other fronts: 1) WHEN
I should reapply for Social Security Income (SSI), since there will certainly
be a lag between when my State Disability stops (12/03) and when any decision
is made--since my last appointment for eval. for **SSDI* is 12/06. Again, every
little bit helps. 2) What happened to my appeal on my 2005 income. It is
*OFF* (as in too low) by $40 K. I sent the appeal in on 09/03. They fixed the
year 2000 (employer forgot to report it to the IRS, therefore it never got to
SSecurity....). I sent all the info for 2005 as well (my first employer in
2005 did not report my income to *anyone,* ), but I guess it got mucked
up some how. It probably wouldn't make all *that* much difference in how
much I get, if I am approved, but maybe some. AND, if I am ever able to go
back to work, better to fix it NOW than 15-20 years from now, when the records
cannot be retrieved. They have gotten my W2's and Income Tax Return for 2005,
two times now. The computers at Social Security have been down all day today,
*naturally.*

Anyhow, kind of good news bad news, I guess. I SURE don't want another
surgery, but it is my best shot at every working again, since I can do very
little for myself. Even less than before, and this will make a difference, esp.
considering the surgery, if/when I apply for *SSI* again.

ARGH!!!

Thank you so much again for all thoughts, prayers, emails, and just, well,
everything. And for your time.

OH MY; this is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy longer than I meant; apologies and
thank yous. God Bless you all, yet again and *always.*

I have been having panic attacks about every 10 minutes since I heard (today)
that the surgery was approved. Any and all additional prayers, etc.,
appreciated. I am truly a wreck and don't seem to be able to sit still, in one
place, etc., for very long. I think I have gotten up from typing this about 8
times, for instance....

I am not at all sure I have the strength to go through this. When I have to
fill out a form with "all surgeries," I am going to have to ask for additional
pieces of paper. Like MONK, when he has to list his phobias.

Huh, I might need one for that, when I go to see the SSecurity Shrink, as
well .

Thank you again, and God Bless You again, since you got this far!!

Love and Forever Hugs to All,
Billie-Lee

Hi there,

I have been buuuuzzzzyy. So I just got a minute now to answer you.

Brock put the car up for auction on the MPICA web page in Jun. I bid on it
and won. On July 10 my husband and I went up to Toronto to see the car. I
loved it of course and purchased her after a 'test' ride. I called Marg Y. and
had her come with us. She does so much for people and fans when the come to
Toronto. She gives the royal tour on her own time. So I thought it was the
least I could do.

The Caddy had her first car show Oct 20. Was a really great day.

Now I'm buzy trying to put her back together again. The production people
took a few parts out so it wouldn't make noise during filming. I've been
replacing and rewiring the parts that don't work.

If your ever in the Disney area, give me an email and I'll give you a ride.

My best for the Holidays,

KnightWitch ;-]=

Yes, she is in Florida and the car show was in Lakeland. I'll be taking her
to Winter Haven in two weeks for her next showing.
