But maybe that's just me? By the way, since i'm posting anyway, i thought some of you might find this interesting, it was on aol this morning--You can see in the link below what the article is called: http://articles.news.aol.com/news/_a/ancient-brothel-restored-in-pompeii/20061026165009990016?ncid=NWS00010000000001 ~Sierra ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 27 Oct 2006 16:35:14 -0700 From: Amanda Berendt <debrabant_foundation@y.......> Subject: Re: Off topic posts --- bluefaerymagick <bluefaerymagick@a.......> wrote: > > http://articles.news.aol.com/news/_a/ancient-brothel-restored-in-pompeii/20061026165009990016?ncid=NWS00010000000001 > Yeah, I saw that on Yahoo and thought... wonder if it might me Selene's. And would LC want to check it out if it was. And I do agree with you about the posting. The stuff about the vampires did kind of tie into FK because people did bring up the differences in legends. LIke the FK vamps don't always make another vampire when they bite, as the writer of the article assumed in his 'theory'. -Amanda "This dark gift brings enlightened sight, as if the sun's bright rays illuminate sweet mortal forms to take my breath away." http://www.darksideoftheglass.com ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 27 Oct 2006 22:28:13 -0700 From: NAT <nat1228@c.......> Subject: My Boyfriend is a Vampire screen caps Recently, someone mentioned MBIAV as her favorite episode (or fav 3rd season ep). Coincidentally, I was working on that episode at the time. It's now ready for viewing at http://www.knightwatchman.net. What a fun episode to capture! It's been a while since I've seen it, and this brought back many fond memories. There are lots and lots a captures of Vachon and Tracy (pulling all sorts of cute faces), as many as I could get of Screed and Bourbon, and, of course, Nick and Nat (that should go without saying <g>). LaCroix wasn't seen too many times in this episode, but I got what I could. Oh, and the Caddy. There are a number of pictures of the Caddy as well. Something for everyone! So go, and enjoy. Feedback is always welcome. ;-) Nat ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Nancy A. FK inspired me to BECOME a writer, and along with all the fanfic I'm working on my first novel, in the vampire genre. I'd be lying if I didn't say that FK influenced me to a great degree, although my worldbuilding is, of course, somewhat different. But my heroine spans the world between mortality and vampirism and she hangs out at home in a goth club owned by a vampire :) So discussing things like the realities of whether vampires can exist scientifically is very interesting to me. --- bluefaerymagick <bluefaerymagick@a.......> wrote: > Personally, if given the choice, i'd rather read the > off topic posts that > have to do with if vampires are real...
