Watched some of an old Jimmy Stewart/Maureen O'Hara Movie this weekend with my
mom -- Mr. Hobbs Takes a Vacation -- and enjoyed it. One of the characters was
played by pop-star Fabian, whom I hadn't seen before. Does anyone else
familiar with the Fabian of the early 60's think Ben Bass bears a resemblance to this
actor/singer? Well, at least as he appeared in the movie, I thought there was
a resemblance; the facial structure, the grin, the coloring. I mean, not spot
on, but there was something.

Still working on the redesign...
I have the first page of the FK Shooting Sites done.... I should get
the others done by the end of the week at the latest.

You can check it out
http://www.darksideoftheglass.com
Just click on FK Shooting Sites

The links to the old pages still work. I will be replacing them as I
finish each page. But the Exteriors page is the new format.

Enjoy!

Good point. I was thinking in terms of fast-moving vehicles (Formula 1
race cars, to be specific). When you're sitting at the race track,
those cars are going 100 m/s, and your eye can perceive them as they
pass you. Your 747 example is much faster, but of course it's
impossible to test whether or not you can see it as it blasts past a
stationary observer.

It seems like showboating, doesn't it? <g>

Yeah. Even at 100 m/s there's going to be some serious clothes
shredding going on. Of coures, that might be desireable for some
vampires (Nick, Vachon) and not so desireable (Screed) <g>.

I hope I did this right, brain's fried.
You all have been very supportive with my daughter Alicia, my books, now it's
my mother. She was diagnosed with Pelvic Cancer, prayers and your thoughts
would be great, thank you. Stay safe.

Does anyone have Snakes and Ladders with Catherine Disher? I've been wanting
to see this for some time, but can't find anyone with it.

Thanks!

There is a notice that the VHS tapes have been
removed, that the seller did not know it was a
violation:

I have removed the 29 VHS recordings. I did not know
that it was illegal to offer them for sale.

This collection was from a late fan of FK and GWD. It
is our wish that her collection go to a fan like she
was rather than it being donated to a charity who may
well throw it away. First stop eBay, then a garage
sale and then if all else fails...charity. We are
offering this as a Lot so that what is left might be
kept together. I do apologize for the earlier listing
and my ignorance in listing the VHS tapes for sale.

What the seller *could* do, however, is offer the tapes as a bonus to the
winning bidder. At that point, they tapes are not being sold -- they are being
given away.
