If I remember correctly In the episode Forward into the Past Nick went to Hamilton in search of Catherine. Hamilton is roughly an hour away from Toronto by car going 60 miles an hour. So how long did it take Nick to get there? My impression was minutes. Judging from the series FK vampires can move faster than the eye can see, when they want to. The clerk seemed a little unsure about my silly grin but when I got home and I was still grinning ridiculously, my fifteen year old asked, "what's so funny?" to which I answered, "guess how much the total was when I bought your dinner?" Rolling their eyes, both of my girls said in unison, "$12.28!" Then my youngest said, "Mom... you <really> need to get a life." ::bewildered look:: Who, me? ;-) KC Smith tigrlady2u@j....... Just a thought. I've lived on vampires for 40 years. Yes, but vampires are a myth with MANY variations so if the writers of Forever Knight wanted them to "go further" then they did and there'd be nothing 'wrong' vampire myth-wise with them having done so. The great thing is that since it wasn't point-blank told, we fans can pretty much interpret it as we wish, although I'd tend to go with what "the powers that be" say about it (unless it serves a bit of fan fic to do otherwise <g>) --Libs ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 24 Feb 2006 22:27:50 -0700 From: Angela Gottfred <agottfre@t.......> Subject: Re: Which ep? > It was a silver wolf's head on the cane Actually, it was a panther's head, not a wolf's head.
