The main airport in Toronto is Lester B Pearson
International Airport, but I don't think they
specifically said the name.

Thanks to Lisa and Michele for confirming the name of
the airport in Black Buddha. Today I discovered
LiveATC.net, where you can listen to Air Traffic
Control chatter from airports around the U.S. and the
world. LCA alums who miss the days when it was still
held near Toronto, tune in and sigh. ;-) It could be
an interesting resource for anyone writing a BB
related fic.

Where it lists the feeds, just click on International,
Toronto's Pearson tower feed is less than a quarter of
the way down the page.

I think, actually, the co-pilot says it when she's reporting the height and
status of the plane.

If you love something...let it go. If it doesn't return...hunt it down, and
kill it.

Oh, this brings back memories! When I was little, my Dad and I would go to
the airport (MSP--Minneapolis/St. Paul International) and watch planes take
off and land. There is a perimeter road that has a wide shoulder where all
the airplane watchers would park---someone always had a shortwave radio
tuned to the tower so we could listen to the chatter.

I'm tuned into MSP right now through this website. (And it's sort of
macabre, but my Dad is buried in the Veteran's cemetery at Fort Snelling,
which is right next to the airport---I can't help but think he appreciates
being so close to the air traffic he so loved to watch.)
