Subject: NEW USTV CRIME CABLE NETWORK -- FK?
Here's info from a TV industry newsletter I receive daily. Note: NBC/Uni
also owns the Sci-Fi Channel. Might be worth dropping them a line
requesting FK to air. They have 24 hours a day to fill starting January
2006!!

January 1, 2006, will see the launch of a new network called Sleuth, from
NBC Universal Cable Entertainment. The 24/7 channel will cater to
programing in the crime, mystery and suspense genre, utilizing the NBC
Universal library with such shows as The A Team, Knight Rider, Miami Vice,
and films like Scarface, The Jackal, Casino and Mercury Rising. Sleuth will
feature standard definition digital, with a simultaneously hi-def channel,
and a VOD channel. The latter two will be available later in 2006. When
Sleuth launches in January, it will kick off with 5 million subscribers as a
result of distribution deals via Time Warner Cable.

Last night I was on the bus going home and this guy
sat down across the aisle from me. He was about 6',
close-cropped bleach-blond hair, wearing a black
turtleneck and a long black jacket. Kid you not,
looked enough like LaCroix that I did a double take!
(It probably didn't help that there was a thunderstorm
outside ;)
