I had a thought in this direction this afternoon. What if for the truly
unselfish act of finally letting Nick go in LK, LC was cursed/blessed with
mortality?

I have to wonder how LaCroix would go on without Nick. .

That would make a great fanfic.

I recently watched the episode "Bad Blood" and a few
days later saw this article about Jack the Ripper.

The author speculates that Jack was a sailor and left
town on a ship. It could tie-in with the FK story
that he was a vampire. Anyway, it doesn't mention the
place Janette named in the episode, but it is
something to think about.

Well, I doubt it was Uncle - not in a BMW! Far too vulgar.
