I posted a story "I will remember" to FKFIC-L hours ago and nothing
has come across. I was having a bit of trouble with my computer at
work, so I don't know what happened. I am wondering if it came
through for anyone else, or if I should resend it.
Thanks!

Regarding the Season 2 dvd's ...

I'm wondering if anyone else who might have ordered from amazon.ca can tell
me if they check their order status, if it still says items not yet shipped?

reason i'm asking is because i know someone who ordered something else from
the .ca site about the same time as i did, and i just found out that while
their status page still lists it as unsent (like mine does), they received
what they had ordered yesterday.

so i'm kinda wondering what's happening with the .ca site. anyone else
heard of anything like this?

back to lurking again.

hugs,
  -Micki

Votes for the Yuletide Awards are due tonight by midnight, pacific standard
time. If anyone is on the DarkNN list, or any of the other Nick/Nat lists,
please remind them, too. I don't subscribe to them, so I can't post on them
for her.
She's still suffering, but the migraines are getting better. Doc just
changed her meds, and she's got a 'holistic' treatment from a friend that is
doing wonders. Hopefully she'll be able to get online today or tomorrow
(since they're more or less snowed in for the weekend) to announce the
winners.
Hope you're all safe and warm!

Yes, I ordered from amazon.ca and they are still marked us not yet shipped, and
yes, I have received items from amazon.ca in my mailbox which were not shown as
shipped until after I picked them up. Unusual, but it does happen. But I
haven't seen my FK DVDs yet.

From what I can tell, Amazon ships according to the delivery method you
choose. Those who use the free shipping option have the lowest priority.

If you choose the free shipping option, it can take up to a week before the
item is even sent out. Add that to that the 3-5 day delivery estimate.
Generally, from what I 've seen, it's only when you choose one of the "pay"
options that an item will be shipped in 24 hours (or whatever the recommended
ship date is).

Though, be careful with pre-ordered DVD items. If you choose 1 day shipping,
the item literally will not be shipped till the day before release. Whereas
with the other options, the item is often shipped to arrive at your doorstep on
the day of release. So you actually might get it quicker just paying the
regular fee.

Your best shot is with regular 3-5 day shipping. It really depends on how far
you are from a warehouse. Some things I've ordered took the whole 5 days.
Others I've gotten next day without paying anything extra because there's a
warehouse a couple of towns over.

Gaelin.

My shipment was shipped on the 7th as I'm in Australia it will be a
week or so before I will receive it, oh well it's worth the wait.

Last year we had Ger and Ian Deakin doing Shakespeare on Broadway - this
year, according to the following article from the Toronto Star, we will be
having Colm Feore doing Shakespeare - next year?

Et tu, Denzel as Brutus, cast with Colm Feore
Julius Caesar on Broadway march

When Denzel Washington hits Broadway this spring as Brutus in a new
production of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, his co-star will be one of Canada's
leading actors, Colm Feore.
Feore, a longtime veteran of the Stratford Festival, has been cast as Cassius,
the man with "the lean and hungry look" who persuades the noble Brutus to
join the conspiracy to assassinate Caesar.
It's a role that Feore has played before at Stratford, during the 1990
season. He also appeared as Cinna in the festival's 1982 production of the play.
Although Feore spent his formative years as a stage actor, more recently
he's been seen exclusively on screen, in projects such as Pearl Harbor, Chicago
and last summer's The Chronicles of Riddick.
He also appeared on the New York stage as Claudius opposite Liev Schreiber's
Hamlet.
Washington's last major Shakespearean role was in the title role in Richard
III, at the N.Y. Shakespeare Festival in 1990 under the direction of Robin
Phillips.
Julius Caesar -- with film veteran William Sadler in the title role -- will
open on Broadway on April 3

after Night in Question and Ashes to Ashes episode.

More Updates: Iıve completed the rough draft of Emotional Concertıs Chapter
Ten, the final chapter. It should be posted by the end of the month.

Iım sorry for the long delay in updating, but hope you enjoy what Iıve
posted.

I would like to thank everyone for the emails requesting that I continue
writing the FK fan fiction. Even though Iım now pursuing a professional
writing career, I plan to continue writing for the Forever Knight fandom. I
will finish the Second Chance series, but it may be a slow process.

Thanks for your continued support.
