I can't remember if anyone has mentioned this convention yet or not. This
coming weekend (Sept. 24-26), PN (Pat) Elrod and I are both guests at FenCon in
Dallas. She's the co-author of the wonderful books co-written by Nigel Bennett.
I'm, well, a Ratpacker? <g> Plus, the author of the FK spoof in the Atomic
Mouse #3 comic book.

If you are gonna be there, let me know via e-mail or just introduce yourself
as being from Forkni-l. I always love meeting fellow Forkni-Lers.

Duh... A website for more information would have helped, wouldn't it?

Not off-topic - Lisa said so! ;)

Hi all!
I was cruising thru Amazon.com, and ran across a listing for "Dracula",
Dracula, v1, and Dracula, v2 - all have the name Jacob Tierney attached to
them. No other info is available, however I believe these *may* be Dracula
the Series, with Ger & Geordie Johnson. The reason being, of course, that
I can't find anything else labeled Dracula under Jacob Tierney's movie
listing on imdb.

The 'Dracula' with no vol listings is a 2 disc set, and currently is
running around $13+ dollars. The set releases on October 5. The vol 1 &
vol 2 are single discs, and are priced at $9.98 per disc. The easiest way
to find them is to search for Jacob Tierney and scroll down. (Unless you
like wandering through all the Dracula dvd's....;) )

Keeping my fingers crossed... 2 dvds could pack in all 21 episodes....:>=

Kewl! I have Ger's eps on tape, but it is a copy of a copy... etc
with commercials. I would love to have a clear version of DtS.
To keep this FK related...
I was just reading through the DtS listing on tvtome.com and came
across an episode where Uncle Gustav goes on a tv talk show about
psychics (or something - it was earlier this evening and I don't
remember the exact details) Anyway... I thought... Gee wouldn't it be
funny if he went on the Jerry Tate show and gets to the taping only
to see that the host looks exactly like Lucard!!!
Or maybe not...

Sorry for any incoherentness but I am exhauseted... my dog found a 5
week old kitten a couple of weeks ago and he is entering brat-stage
(8 weeks now)... but I have been having to stop hissing fits between
the new kitten (Percival) and our established cat (Phoebe). Fun....

Ok... bedtime.

Subject: Looking for a Story

You guys have so wonderful with helping me locate stories, I thought perhaps
you could help again.

I'm looking for a Nick and Nat story (did you really think I would be
looking for anything else?<BG>). In this story, N&N are at a crime scene,
Nat has been working too hard, Nick is watching her work, he tells her to
book off, come back to the loft for a few hours to rest. She arrives, goes
up stairs to shower, comes down in I believe his PJ top, and socks, the top
bouncing up as she comes down the stairs, She isn't aware of the effect
she's having on him until he approaches her, and they make love on the
kitchen counter.

That's all I remember because I've read so many, but I do remember I
enjoyed the entire story. If you can help, that would be great.

Thanks,
Deborah
