Today at 8:30 a.m., my husband Bruce goes in to have 17 teeth removed.  The
dentist will
be putting him out with anesthesia to do this.  Due to Bruce's recent stay
in the hospital
in March and breathing problems he's had since (and his sleep apnea), he is
understandably
nervous about the procedure and especially about being put
unconscious.  Anyway, please
send good thoughts and prayers that the extraction procedure goes well and
that the
anesthesia doesn't cause him any problems. Thanks.

How is it that I can feel such pain for a woman that I
never met?  This group has suffered a tremendous loss
with the passing of Judy Freudenthal.  Many of you may
not know that I worked with her for over two years in
trying to create the "Forever Knight" book.
Unfortunately,  despite all her talented
contributions, her writings could not be included.
The book went on without her, but her many long hours
of work and dedication to the series and this fandom
will never be forgotten.  Judy was a true assest to
this group and to all that were lucky enough to have
her words touch them.  It is hard to imagine Forever
Knight without her.  My deepest and heartfelt
sympathies to both family and friends.  We will all
miss you Judy- forever!

Hey all,

Before Judy's passing, she was working on an FK trilogy.  The first two
stories were finished: "Nightmare" and "Devastation."  The third, which
*might* be called "Rebirth" was never posted, but we think Judy had sent the
final draft to her beta reader.

If anyone knows this beta reader and how to contact her, or has any
information about this very last story, please email me off list.
