OK, so my mind works in odd ways, but - what would happen if they did
have a sex change? Would it even be possible, or would they heal so
fast that the... Um... (PG list, PG list, PG list <g>) 'bits' go back to
normal, any added bits drop off or fall out or... urk, think I'll stop
now, this is getting icky!

Needing caffeine and/or sleep...

I am an avid fan of For Better or For Worse, and today's strip
(April's band is playing at the Metro Center) starts out with a nice
skyline shot of Toronto at night. I, of course, thought wouldn't it
be neat to see a little sillhouete of a vampire standing on the CN
Tower. :)

Sorry, my overtired brain is being weird.

How cute! I have one Build a Bear, a blonde one, dressed in the knight
outfit and named Nick. <G> Are these all of your bears or do you have
more? I'm a total Build a Bear addict.

I would be hoping LC was dressed as a woman
Maybe as some undercover sting or something

Or maybe just dressed up to get passed the guards

The thought of LC in a dress is creepy
but better then the alternitave

That's an intersting thought . . . .
could a Vampire go out & get plastic Surgery?

Maybe Screed would suddenly want to get
 a nose job of something

Would the Vampire healing counter-act the change?

Screed would probally want a nose that
helped him detect more rats

Nope, not if Janette's tattoo can't last more than a few hours. But it could be
a way of altering a vamp's appearance, in a very convincing way, for a few hours
or perhaps a few days...

joy of joy's I got this too. sorry all.

I got this stupid virus by just being in someone's address book, so you
probably have it too. It won't do anything for 14 days except search through
your contact list and spread to others, but here's how to check if you have
it and then delete it:

Go to START

Click FIND or SEARCH

Using the file or folder option, type " jdbgmgr.exe "

Click SEARCH in the C drive

If you have it, a teddy bear icon will come up along with the title "
jdbgmgr.exe "

DO NOT OPEN!!!

Go to EDIT, Select All, and DELETE!

Then you may want to pass this message on to everyone on your contact list
because they probably have the virus too.

"The true nature of the Vampire is undefined, undiscovered, inconceivably
complex, and therefore, Lots of fun!"

THIS IS A HOAX!!!!!!!!!! NO one do this!

I implore all people to check with virus sites... And snopes first....

Here is what it does... FROM SNOPES///

Origins: Like
the SULFNBK.EXE hoax, this bogus virus warning (also known as the "Bear
Virus") attempts to lure gullible users into deleting perfectly innocuous,
standard Windows files from their systems.

In this case the target file is JDBGMGR.EXE, a Java Debug Manager program
used by the Microsoft Java runtime engine. This file is included as part of
a standard Windows installation and is not a "virus." (The icon for this
file is a graphic of a bear like the one shown to the left.)

If you deleted this file, don't sweat it - JDBGMGR.EXE is only important to
programmers who use Microsoft Visual J++ 1.1 to develop Java programs. Its
absence will not cause your PC to stop working or interfere with your
applications, so if you're not a Java developer, you don't have to worry
about restoring it. Consider the experience a lesson learned about the
perils of believing and acting upon unverified e-mail warnings.

Windows 2000 and Windows ME include a Windows File Protection (WFP) feature
that will recover shared files such as JDBGMGR.EXE if they are overwritten
or deleted. Users of other Windows operating systems can only retrieve
JDBGMGR.EXE by reinstalling the Microsoft Virtual Machine (VM) component,
but Microsoft is no longer offering it as a download

I have a bunny and another bear. The other bear is named Benton
Fraser. Right now he is wearing black pants and a red t-shirt, but I
plan to buy him the mountie outfit from build-a bear canada over the
web.

Forgive her, all, she was off-list the last time this came around and doesn't
know it's a stupid prank.

Nononononononononono! This is a virus hoax. Do not delete that perfectly normal
Windwos file! It's not essential unless you're a java programmer, but it's not a
virus.

Please read the anti-virus pages and search for possible hoaxes (and 99.99
percent of these ARE hoaxes) before broadcasting such messages (which are not
legal on FK lists, anyway).

This is not a virus. This is a Javascript Debug Manager, and it's a
perfectly safe file.

Subject: FK Moment - Nick's identies

My calendar at my desk at work has an ancient map for each month and
at the bottom of the page it has a little paragraph about the map.
Well, for this month it is a map of California from 1720.
The paragraph starts...
"The French engraver and geographer Nicolas de Fer (1646-1740) was
better known for his ingenious ornamentation than for his accuracy."

Nick studied art and that Nicolas de Fer certainly did live a LONG
life (and of course we know Nick kept his first name and has had many
different surnames over the years). Maybe Nick made maps of the
places he visited throughout the years. :)
