I believe from the commercials and looking at schedulebot on SciFi, it
premieres Thursday March 4 at 9pm ET. It's called Mad Mad House, and
airing along with Scare Tactics (which I also can't stand to watch) and
another new show called Tripping The Rift.

What about selfish Lacroix?

not exact quotes, but from the show, refering to Nick:

Janette: "We can get another."

Lacroix: "I don't want another. I want that one."
______

< Allow me to submit as evidence a quote from the show
itself:
 Nick: This isn't about me!
LaCroix: It's ALWAYS about you, Nicholas!>

Although he gets drunk, Nick doesn't seem to have a
hangovers afterwards. I'm thinking about "Feeding the
Beast" and "Unreality TV" and even "Dark Knight". He
definately over-indulges, but again, it doesn't seem
to affect him later.

What about selfish Lacroix?

I thought the quotes went something like this.

Janette: "We can get a new one

Lacroix: "I don't want a new one. I like this one."

I always remember this bit. It seemed so appropriate somehow.

Subject: Thank you for the birthday greetings!

This is just a quick note to thank everyone who sent me birthday greetings
on January the 27th. You're all very, very sweet.

I'll try to get to everyone individually, but I know how lousy I am at that
(I actually have an eight-year old written letter that I'd like to reply to,
if that gives anyone an indication), so I thought that a letter to everyone
would be best for now.

I just wanted to apologise again in general for being so lousy at responding
to letters. I'm not ignoring anyone (not that I can recall, anyway), so if
you've sent me something lately, I'm not ignoring you. I have been very
inward-focused (which doesn't help) since the collapse of my marriage at the
end of 2002, and I have been downright reclusive since the death of my Dad
last month (Boxing Day, to be specific). That said, I suppose that by
saying hello to you all, I've temporarily broken this recent bout of
reclusiveness.

Speaking of which: It is my natural predisposition to be outgoing and
generally free of reclusive tendencies, which is why I have given so many
Forever Knight filming site tours over the last ten years (yes, I am back in
Toronto, in case I hadn't mentioned it before). I do them for free of
charge, and while I may not be my usual sugary-sweet perky self that so many
of you who've taken "The Tour" with me will say is a trademark of mine
(hence the nickname "Perky Cousin Will"), but I will, as always, be polite
and friendly. So, if you're coming to this fair city and you'd like a tour,
drop me a line and say hello. I'll also try to rally some of the locals for
a post-tour dinner, if you'd like one.

Bye for now,
W.

I suspect this is an aspect of vampire accelerated healing, since being drunk is
a form of poisoning.

This is probably just as well. I mean, can we imagine anything more vicious
than LaCroix with a hangover? :)

Great story. It was a little sad, but the poems were wonderful. Stay safe.

SciFI is scraping the bottom of the barrel for ideas.
BTW, did anyone watch The Breed on Saturday?

Sadly I own the DVD and it's worst I've seen yet. I mean Adrain was good but
the movie itself,-------. Sorry.

Just a reminder: SciFi reality shows aren't on topic for Forkni-l unless they
tie directly into Forever Knight.
