I actually ate at Azure! Okay, it was an upscale restaurant that is no
more, in Minneapolis' fancy Gaviidae Center (so upscale, the name is
the Latin genus for the common loon <g>). I'm sure that Lacroix would
have approved of it---very spare, elegant design, lots of black,
white, and of course azure in the color scheme, and most of the
clientele wore black, too. Ah, the food was exquisite!
