Subject: Nick quote??

Hi,

What is the exact quote from Nick when he's waking up and say something like,
"what day,
what time it is, what century is it?" I'm getting it engraved on a watch for my
wife and
I need to be correct.

Thanks,
Michael A. Newmark -- bornless_one2@y......

Here is the exact quote:

"What time is it? What day is it? What century is it?"

Then, Nick lifts the bottle of cow blood in the air and adds,

"Here's to my health."

I hope this helps. It sounds like a lovely gift for your wife.

I just checked Sony's page. I went to the dvd & video section and
clicked on Upcoming releases. At the bottom of the list you click on
'more' and you get a list. FK is there for Oct 21. It is listed as
'Forever Knight Trilogy'. The link isn't working yet, so I didn't
get all the details, but it DOES look like they have plans for all
three seasons!!!
Woo hoo! Now it is definitely real and not a rumor!

Hopefully, it means we are in fact going to get all 3 seasons in
 relatively short order.

Jeannie wrote why Trilogy? Maybe because it was on for three years and sadly
there won't be anymore unless they do a movie.

DVDFile is reporting the following:

"The Forever Knight Trilogy - Part 1. This five-disc
set includes 15 episodes, all presented in 4:3 full
screen and 2.0 Dolby stereo, plus bonus trailers. the
5 discs contain 15 episodes"

If this is accurate, then it looks as though C/T is
planning to release each season in two parts with only
a couple of eps per disc.

Is it Partners of the Month? For some reason that's what is coming to
mind.

Yeah, but when you click on Forever Knight, they only have minimal
information - ie, 5 disks, color, etc. Nothing even on the cast.
But it looks like they are still putting it up. Charlie's Angels
Full Throttle doesn't have all the info either.

I don't know who had the info about it being 15eps per
box, but I checked the info at Davis dvd where it says
that complete length is 1045 minutes. If you devide
that by 22 eps it gives you just about 47 minutes. I'm
not good at math but that would mean that they have
all 22 eps in the set, wouldn't it? (there weren't
that many extras announced)

Yes, it's all 22 episodes: Canadian Version. The DVDFile site has an error.

However, one thing I found out by looking at other Columbia TriStar DVD
sets, the extra "Trailers" on the FK DVD set are very likely *not* FK ones.
They're probably just ads for Columbia's upcoming movies.

It's from 'Dying for Fame'. Nick's been woken up *way* too early because the
Rebecca concert needs security and in order to also cover the city, the night
shift was called in early. (Later on, when he shows up covered head-to-toe in
heavy black clothing, Schanke comments, "Don't you think you're taking this
ozone thing too seriously?" to which Nick replys, "Not really. Drive.")

I happen to love trailers, and frankly, it is the episodes *I* want and am quite
happy just to have those ON DVD! *happy lil' ratsie dancin'*

I just can't believe this is finally happening! For those of us who have been
with the show since it was originally on, who have written letters, who have
sent gifts... it is finally happening - professional FK DVDs.

Plus, I can FINALLY get rid of all my unmarked video tapes that I've hung onto
out of fear of accidently tossing an FK episode. hahahah!!!!

Are there plans to do a "thank you" to TPTB at Sony?

I think a "Thank you" is a very good idea! Maybe, KTK can do an ad and send
some sort of goodie basket to Sony?

I am also *extremely* excited about the DVD release! It just would have been
nice to have some extras on the discs. Maybe, the other seasons will have
them...

Me too, but it's going to be kind of sad. I worked so hard to get
those episodes. Several months of making sure I was home by 9pm....
not taking calls between 9-10pm, etc. It was a labor of love....

KtK recently sent some very nice goodies to TPTB thanking them for airing FK in
the past and asking them to get it on the air soon. You can see the gifts on
the Crusader website, www.nancykam.com/crusader (click "charity auction" on the
navbar).

The Fall issue will be coming out in September (featuring some fun articles and
sponsoring another fic contest!) --- hmm, we should run another auction. Right,
