Could someone please tell me if there is a Forever Knight community on IRC
and if so, what server address they have and what channel? I tried a few
servers but couldn't find much.
Thanks!

I just watched the new episode of Stargate last night, and in the opening
guest credits it said:
<actor's firstname> Knight
<actor's firstname> Lacroix
I kid you not. I kept laughing, and wondering if it was just the
alphabetization or if someone in the editing room was a fan...

I'm watching a show on the Discovery Channel about the Jamestown
settlement. Towards the end, James Woods (the narrator and host)
says that a new leader comes to the colony... Lord Delaware.
BUT... when he first said the name, it sounded like "Lord Delabarre"
because he said it with an accent - (Lord Delawhahare). I didn't
realize they were talking about Lord Delaware until one of the
historians said the name.
For a moment, my heart skipped a beat thinking, "Wow, there really
was a Lord DeLaBarre" - then I thought "why would a frenchman be at
an English settlement?"
I guess I have too much FK on the brain.

yup, they did. ;D They showed all 3 seasons, albeit in a very weird order
(last season). But I first watched it in the US way back in 95 and then I
was reminded of it on some German channels until I got to pester all my
friends over here to watch it with me in good old vampire country. *snicker*

When I was working in Guatemala, none of my 'gringo' co-workers had ever heard
of FK, but both Honduranians had! One was a fan and the other had an addicted
sister. It's called 'Cabellero de la Noche' (Knight of the Night) in Spanish.
During the rainy season, I wore wearing a light, ankle-length rain coat, whether
it was raining or not. One night we were walking home, and my roommate,
Benitez, caught me admiring my shadow and how the coat billowed as I walked.
She grinned at me and stated 'Nick Knight would be jealous!' OK, I blushed like
mad, but I was also grinning the rest of the night. It was one of the best
compliments I've ever gotten!
