Lisa,

Is is possible for either you or Don to list those of us that have been
bouncing, so we can scour our blocks?

Thanks,

Trapper

Someone else asked me that offlist. I should have thought of this -- a
better solution will be for me to write to the person at AOL whose account
is bouncing someone's mail back to me. That way, you and other AOLers won't
have to worry.

<sigh> That's what I get for sending admin: email when it's time to go home,
I'm tired and a bit cranky. :) Sorry.

Let's hope the above idea works better.

I found FK with the first NK movie. Liked Rick Springfield so I watched.
Thought it was good and hoped for a series, but there was none. Then late one
night I happened to have on CBS during Crimetime and found FK. I kept forgetting
it was on until halfway through, probably distracted by some other show. I did
like it from the start. Was drawn to Nick and Natalie. Loved the chemistry
between the characters. BTW, I believe it was first season. Loved the writing,
the characters, the acting, all high quality. Ignored the cheesy early flying
sequences. I like the Ger version better than the Rick version. I did have
trouble getting used to a blonde vampire, and kept calling him "the beach boy",
"the blonde beach boy" etc. I thought the change from Jack to Natalie was a good
choice. The chemistry between Nick and Natalie was better. I did like comparing
the two versions and seeing how they were alike and different. I actually
didn't see Dark Knight (don't remember if I saw one part before the other)
until it's second or third run on cbs. I think I might've seen one part one run,
and then the other part the next run. And I taped it possibly on the third run
(Dark Knight). I did tape it and am glad I did. Got my sis hooked on it.

I was part of the first bring back the Knight campaign, and part of the
second one too. Don't remember if I was in the one after third season. Don't
think so though.

I first came online when AOL was still charging by the hour and was something
like version 2.7, maybe earlier. I've always used a Mac.

I started writing FK fic around 1995 as that's when the first one was posted.
Which would've been between second and third seasons. I'm still writing my
stories, and have a bunch up on my website <www.megspace.com/arts/fkfanfic>.
Just added 8 stories to it the other day, at least two of which I don't think
were posted to the lists. I try to make each one unique.

I heard about Forkni and was a little intimidated by the volume of mail so it
was one of the later lists I joined. FKFic was probably my first, having
found the old message boards and monthly chat first. I joined the fic list in the
middle of War 4, confused yet amused, so I read on and joined in at the end. I
was sorta an independent that first time. Over the years I've played with the
Knightie's, the NNP, the NatPack, the Incarnates and have enjoyed each one. I
do miss the fun spirit of the early wars.

I'm 39, single, no pets. College graduate. Studied American Sign Language
some in college. Most of my vacations since 1996 have involved a certain blonde
Welsh Canadian man we all know and love (and no, it's NOT Nigel). I've met a
lot of nice people over the years, including a couple good friends.

Viv - if you need a beta for your Out of the Broomcloset story, I'll be happy
to read it. :)

Yes, I'm working on Rebirth (the final story in the Nightmare Saga). The
first draft is done.

I think I've rambled enough, so I'll sign off.

Judy
