This doesn't have to be SCA or RenFaire, but I would *love* to see
some of our vamps go to some sort of historical recreation, in the
same clothes they actually wore at the time, and then being accused of
being FARBY. {snerk} Somehow, I don't see the accuser living very
long....

Cool, chrome is good! real good... all nice and shiny...and very eye catching!
Good to see chrome coming back. Congrats on getting a fun car Nancy!

But as for Lacroix in a MINI......well, gotta say....can't see it. Maybe
a '68 Camaro...ohh yeah...convertible of course! Black interior and exterior,
with lotsa chrome, big engine, maybe a glass pack muffler, and dual
tailpipes (chrome tipped of course). What a picture! Just my opinion.

Or how about a black 62 or 63....I think it was some
sort of hybrid between the two years actually...T-Bird
like the one on Highlander? I don't know why, but it
just looks to me like it might suit him...but maybe
that's just because it's big and black LOL. Of course,
he probably wouldn't try getting that *particular*
one...vamps should never go near anyone with a sword.
But anyway, I digressed. I think it might fit him.

Mel (or, I know one other that might fit him...if just
name-wise. Plymouth Prowler from a few years back. Or
what was the make of the car on Knight Rider? That
might go well, too.)

My regular grocery store has a carry-out service (somebody always takes
your groceries to the parking lot in a special cart and loads them in
the back of your car for you). A couple days ago, I was chatting with my
carry-out clerk about TV shows on DVD and I mentioned that I was looking
forward to seeing FK. She was so excited--she's been watching it on
Showcase, and she's clearly a fan. She wanted to know where to get the
music, so I gave her the address of the GP Crescendo website. Next time
I see her, I'll have to see if she'll join the list.

I have to admit, it was cool to meet a fellow fan in the flesh!

Why does this remind me of the scene in Nigel's second book where Lord
Richard is in Dallas driving a small rental. The air doesn't work, and he
gets stuck in traffic with a guy demonstrating road rage, which Richard
feels is about to turn into "road disaster".
