Obivusally the writers never heard of Einstein's theory of relitivy

Why do things like this happen?

*pulls off granny glasses* Land's sakes!

I fail to see how picturing people nude would make one LESS nervous. If I
ever had to venture into a nudist colony I'd likely suffer fainting spells.
SPEAKING would be impossible. :)

Kyer likes her vampires well dressed with multiple layers, thank you. In
fact, Nick never looked better than when in addition to shirt, he had vest
and jacket too. Overcoat would be an additional plush. If only he also had
a silk scarf as well. Ah, me.... gets dreamy look.

Yes! And a pocket watch with the chain draping with an interesting
fob on it and a wonderfully intricate tie tack for that silk scarf!
And more of those wonderful collar-less shirts he was prone to wear
and that fully buttoned up vest. And tailored trousers. If only men
would dress as nicely now-a-days.
Even Lacroix looked good in his black collarless shirt and the sword
pin, only I always wondered how he managed to wear it without cutting
his neck constantly...but then, maybe he did cut his neck and called
it a snack...

Subject: Fanfic anyone?

A few days ago I got the most ridiculous, hilarious 'spam' I have
ever gotten. I checked with mclisa, and she suggested I not post the
whole thing, but it is worth a fanfic or three...

It announced the offer to buy '1 Acre of Land on the Moon $29.99'. I
promise. I got it. If you didn't and want a copy I'll send it to you
off list...

However, I am still having visuals of Nick and Lacroix buying up
acres and acres without letting the other know and later discovering
that they own acres that are interspersed among each other's land and
their following "discussion". Or Nat buying an acre for Nick as the
present for the man with everything (or Nick for LC), etc.

McLisa offered the following ideas (which I liked, as well):
I can just see LC staring at it in offended dismay, Schanke deciding
it would be the perfect
anniversary present for Myra since he forgot to get her anything
until the last moment again, etc.

Some of you wonderful fiction writers, please sharpen your pencils
and provide some exceptional fanfic, PLEASE!!!!? I'd make it a
challenge, but I can't write...

Anyone else notice how many FK related names you find
in the Harry Potter chamber of secriest (sp?) credits?

They have the last names Knight and Lambert ( or form
of it)

We have Nigel's... I know there where more, but my
mind can't remember them all now that I am not
watching the credits...

just made me laugh... to see a knight and a lambert...

I had a bad FK moment when watching the movie "Shadow
of the Vampire" a couple of weeks back. I watched it
on my small TV which cuts off half the names on the
sides. And in the opening credits there it was:
....cutive producer
....de Brabant

Boy, did I double take there

And it would fit, wouldn't it? Our boy doing a Vamp
movie as producer as he liked them so much.

Found out later that the guy's name is Jimmy de
Brabant.

Eh... considering the current theme.. and the erotic sensitivity of the
vampire neck... um.. He might have called it something else... #0_0#

Um, no. I'm pretty sure the guy had an axe, which would have been
just as fatal to Nick as to Tracy if applied to the neck area.

Oh..the scene happened kinda fast and I had a real
hard time seeing what he was holding. Yeah, that
definately would be fatal to a vamp...most of the time
anyway.

Hay, today is April 14th

As they said in the pilot, (and some other episode, but I forget which)
April 14th is when Nick & Nat first met

Nick got a pipe bomb in the face
& they brought him in a body bag

and the romance started there . . . . .

The only reason I remembered the date
is because tomarrow is the big "T" 4/15
