In my opinion Tracker just missed being good. I thought there was too
much tracker and not enough Zin. I am not saying this simply because I
wanted to see more GWD which of course I did but because I thought the
program would have been improved vastly by bringing Zin to the foreground.
In most programs of this genre the villian is just as important as the
hero. Equally matched. plot and counterplot. . Leaving the viewer
with the question as to which one will win this round. Occasionally If
writers are really clever they sometimes end up briefly on the same side
fighting against a third party but for different reasons.

Tracker never did this. I realize they had a problem in that GWD
appearances on the show were limited but I still think they should have made
  Zin's character stronger .

As it was I got the feeling the writers were making up of Zin's reasons
for doing what he was as they went along.

That's a very good point. The Tracker website contained a very
detailed backstory that was never (or hardly ever) touched on in the
actual show. If they had actually explored the ideas given on the
website it would have been more interesting.

You know you been watching too much Fk when:

Your searching for a neopet Guild to join (because the one you first joined
doesn't *do* anything), and you feel compelled to join a guild just because the
name of it is "Nick's Guild"

(for those not addicted to neopets, check it out, www.neopets.com )

I like the idea of Tracker's mystrey. It keeps you thinking and wondering
if it's Zin or someone else. As much as I enjoy seeing Geraint, I also
enjoy seeing Adrian. Stay safe.

On FK this morning, they said Flur died
(Did they say how she died?)
But they also said she had a son (andre I think)

After 800 yrs, (assuming andre went on to have kids)
They would have quite a family tree going
I don't know if nick is into Geneology, but would he ever try to look up his
decendts

I know some people who are into Geneology, who would give
their left arm to talk to an 800 yr old relitive

"Hi, I'm your Great Great Great Great Great
Great Great Great Great Great uncle . . .
What'ya been up to?"

Yes, his name is Andre. But when he last saw Flur, they would assume he
died of natural causes or the quest he was on. It would be difficult to
explain his history. Stay safe, and thought for now.

Subject: Re: nephew

This is a really good point. Barring the possibilty that the family
line died out (which could have happened) Nick could have many
decendants out there. Probably not with the deBrabant name because
the lieage went through a female, but this could be very interesting.
Judging by the fact that Nick clings to his mortality and the time
"before" (seen in QoH)you would think that he would research it. Not
necessarily to contact his modern relatives, but to know of their
existance.
Hey, he could pass himself off as a long lost cousin many timed
removed.

I think the reason would be to protect them from Lacroix and himself, being
vampires. There safety would be in grave danger, and a treat for Lacrooix
to hang that on Nick's head. Stay safe.

That's a good fic idea....especially if someone like
Nat or Tracy turned out to be a relative. I'm not sure
Schanke'd be possible, but the other two maybe.
