Ummm...Nope I guess I forget that one. I must have been really smashed at
the time. It does sound like something I would have done thought <eg>.

Ooh! With the west coast feed, that means it will run
at 10:00am Mountain time, so *that* means I'll have
two hours of Buffy on FX, then an hour of FK. It's a
vampire-packed morning! <g>

Chariot Race 2002 premieres tonight on TLC, 8pm E/P. Of course this made me
think of Lucius and also NunkAnon's Conversion Day festivities. I'll
definitely be watching it -- it appeals to me in multiple ways. (And maybe
I'll pick up some burro-training tips for the next time I find myself in a
chariot race.) I'm sure it will be shown repeatedly for those that miss it
tonight.

Oh this is too funny :)

If I use my full name (with my middle name and all), it comes out the same
as using the shortened version of my first name...

Josette Arnauld, known in some parts of the world as Minerva of Wraiths, who
is "A needy and violent spirit."

    not too bad...

If I just use my full first name: Josette Arnauld, known in some parts of
the world as Minerva of The Vile, who is "Vile, foul, filthy and greedy:
this creature knows nothing of light."

at least the greedy part is right...
I am the Merc Mommy General after all! lol

if I just use my middle name:
Cressida Arnauld, known in some parts of the world as Minerva of The Ghast,
who is "Of ghastly appearance, gaunt and white and gothic. "

I'm not gaunt, or all that ghastly, but I am rather pale
and if the scene was better here I'd be decked out in my
   goth stuff more often...

Nah. I mean, sure, Schanke would have wanted to know Nick's reasoning, but I
think his first priority would have been along the lines of 'Geez, buddy, you
gotta stop beating yourself up over the bomb and everything. It's not like you
could have predicted it!'
A more loyal man there never was.

in the EXACT time slot opposite the Martha Stewart show here in Dallas.
Oh, how I shamelessly covet cable service now. . . . <sob>

Alas, the fanciest-folded napkin fails to impress when we know that our
Ger is nibbling necks just a few networks away. Sigh. Thank goodness
for videotapes, huh?

And another thing: Ger's so much fun - why isn't he ever on any of the
chatty talk shows, anyway? Who should we write to, to see about getting
him on as a guest? And Nigel, too. I know they've been on Canadian talk
shows, but I'm stranded waaaaaay down here in Texas, and I can't see that
far, ya know. I'm entirely too medicated to think things through to a
logical end - but there are plenty of smart people on-list who aren't
hampered by medication. Does anybody have any ideas? McLisa, is this
topical? I tend to think of everything Ger as being on-topic, so just
bean me with a rock if I've veered off-course, please. {I'm so slow that
I'll be easy to hit.}

So, toss those ideas {and extra chocolate} my way, would ya? Thanks!

best regards,

sami

Welllll, the problem is, as you said, they are up in Canada. Unless they are
in a major US motion picture or television show (and by that, I mean as the
star), it is doubtful any talk show would see them as guest. See, there'd be
air fare, hotel (and we aren't talking Motel 6), plus a per diem for food and
whatnots.

It could, and does, happen, though.

Subject: 2003 FK Calendar, maybe?

Once again I find myself on a fruitless search for a calendar that I could
enjoy all year round. Soooo, prompted by the example I found on the net of a
S&H calendar a fan created last year, I was wondering if anyone here would be
able and willing to create an FK 2003 calendar that I could print out and tack
up in my cubicle at work? I don't imagine I would be the only one who would
enjoy this!
