Yes, Alice Borchardt is Anne Rice's sister. I have also enjoyed her wearwolf
stories immensely. It would be interesting if Lacroix had met up with the
main characters, now wouldn't it? Hm... :-)

It's not you, I don't think Sci-Fi is showing FK on fridays. At least, the
episodes aren't listed if they are. But don't worry, I've found that it's
still on every other day of the week. I guess we'll just have to hold out and
watch pre-recorded episodes on Fridays. Hope this helps.

Just turning things over idly in my mind earlier today (as one does on a
warm Sunday during a major national holiday), and it occurred to me that I
don't know what Captain Stonetree's first name is.... It's Captain Amanda
Cohen and Captain Joe Reese, but what the dicky-bird is Stonetree's first
name? Do we know? Hmmm... if not, could be some fun fanfic there!

(And Yes, I know there's a very obvious, very silly answer to that
question - I'm just waiting to see who decides to take the bait on that
one!)

No, FK airs on Fridays as well. The only time it is not on is for their
special events every now and then, mainly marathons.

it several times. :-)

Could it be Lindsey Davis? She writes the Falco series. I remember reading

could have served as general under Vespasian. (Well, any emperor from Nero
onwards.)

I remember Vespasian because he tried to pull some relief efforts when
disaster struck Pompeii.

I often wish it hadn't been necessary to stop allowing print crossovers on
Fkfic-l because I love Lindsey Davis's Falco books and Lucius/LaCroix is alive
at exactly the time she's currently writing about.

BTW, the latest book in the series, The Jupiter Myth, is being released in the
U.K. this Thursday. My copy is already winging its way across the Atlantic from
Amazon U.K.

Subject: New Red Ads on Sci-fi

I just noticed that Sci-fi has new bulky red ads that pop up during FK,
about every other commercial and stick there for about 15-20 sec. I know
they will continue till at least this Friday. Is this a new thing? I didn't
notice this about a month ago. Now, that I have switched to DirecTV, I am
planning to record FK again, starting tomorrow. Have these ads been there
recently, before this Friday's event for anything else? Any info would be
most appreciated.

Thanks,
Kristin

The bulky red pop-up ads which have been appearing through many of their
shows is to announce the channel's new Sci-Fi Friday line up of Stargate
SG-1 and a new season of Farscape. The ads should be gone by this Friday, so
hang in there.

You should see pop-up ad free FK next Monday. :)

Greetings!

I just wanted to thank everyone who has added their votes for getting FK on

If you have not voted yet, here's how you can be a part. We are adding our
votes to TVShowsonDVD.com, a place that specializes in getting the companies
attention in regard to what series go to DVD.

This site has already helped lots of other shows get to DVD and Forever
Knight can be found on their voting list. Here's the current stats:

Voting Results

Overall Rank: 6th
Season Set: 226 (98%)
Best of: 57 (25%)

this address and register to vote for Forever Knight on DVD:

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/index.cfm

I will be posting Forever Knight's updated ranking here often. Remember, the
higher it goes, the better chance it has to go on DVD. Click the link above

You can view the list of the "most requested shows" when you first log in
only. Just log out and then back in to see it. It's the auto-page that loads
after you log in.

You can always view FK's specific position and stats here:

Hope this helps!
