Now, it's very probable that the only people that completely
understand this are the religious Jews on the list (or maybe some
who aren't as religious also) but I still had to tell you. OK,
here goes:
On Friday morning I had the Artscroll Stone edition Chumash, and
was distracted by the fact that the Haftorah for the first day of
Shavuot is on page...you guessed it 1228. (Not having slept since
the previous morning didn't help either.

Or maybe he's Jewish (or Pagan) and found it offensive.

You made me go into one of those half-hour daydream
sessions with this, Lisa. :)

<vbg> After watching this thread go on for so long, I really *must* go back
and look for Miklos! I never really paid much attention to The Raven's
bartender, and don't quite understand what all the fuss is about! Could some
kind Miklos fan suggest an episode or two for me? Heck, maybe I'll turn in
my Vachera-hood to become a Miklovian!

Nah. Never happen. ;-)

Subject: Does Anyone Have Last Week's (Second-Last) Episode of the X Files?
         (Was JK in it?)

Howdy fellow listmembers,

I "heard" or more precisely saw a rumour that John Kapelos was on last
week's X Files (i.e., the second-last episode) reprising his role as the
senior Special Agent in charge of the "Number 9 Killer" investigation (the
episode with Burt Reynolds in it as well).

However, due to Andy's being in the hospital and my naturally having worries
other than what and when to tape stuff, I neglected to tape it.

That said, can anyone answer the following:

1) WAS he indeed in it? And...

2) Regardless of the answer to question #1, would anyone be willing to lend
me a taped copy? Naturally, I'll pay for the postage and obviously because
I don't wish to break any copyright laws, I will of course return it,
uncopied, back to its owner after I have finished watching it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!! :-)

W.

Or if you think to yourself that now there is finally a car with enough
trunk space - other than the caddy - to contain Nick (or any other vampire
for that matter). Happened to me three weeks ago when we got our intrepid.
but anyways . . .

You're not seeing things kiddo, that was indeed Lisa Ryder! Somebody wrote a
very cool fic a while back explaining the "resemblance." That it was an aunt
of Tracy's? Anyone remember it?

Ren

You're not s4eing things. Lisa Ryder, Tracy Vetter for season three of FK,
played Angela Mosier in today's ep. Beyond The Law is the only other episode
she aired in apart for her thrid season run on the show.

It's Skeletons, a story by "Micki" Lynn McCormick.
