Oh dear - if taken all the way to it's logical conclusion (of 'Only LaCroix
left on the tower' <G>!!), this particular little ditty could keep the
McLisa going for.... 23 years and 32 weeks! Quick! Somebody come up with
some alternatives to keep the McLisa happy!

I'm afraid that Elfin covered LaCroix bath preference much too well in " A
Splash of Gold" for me to come up a better idea. She wrote a scene where
Nick interrupts LaCroix in his bath playing with a bat scrubby. I truly
can't top that - and don't want to <g>

Hi all :)=

I am reading this (older) book by Suzy McKee Charnas, called :"The Vampire
Tapestry." (1980). Suzy is a friend of Chelsea Quinn Yarbro's........

Anyhoooooooooo, the book is about a Vampire and his **Therpist!!!** LOL

What would the various FK vampires say to a Therapist if they had one, and
not just Nick and his angst either <hehe>?

Hugs to all!

Personaly the only way I could see LaCroix going to see a thearpist is if he
was either tricked into going or if someone dared him to. <G>I also see him

I have this book, and it's a good one. I'd expect there to be therapists
within the vampire community, wouldn't you? They have very - um - specific
issues to deal with, and it would take a therapist who REALLY understood
their situation and who REALLY wasn't afraid of being chomped on; i.e., a
vampire therapist. I think. Now I'm second-guessing myself again. Dang.

Whaddya think?  {Good question, Billie Lee}

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm trying to find this for

Hi,

>What animated shows would you choose for our FK characters?<

I'm finally coming out of lurkdom to answer this great question.
There's one Looney Tune, a Bugs Bunny episode, for which LC might have an
"acquired taste." It was called "Roman Legion Hare" and the first scene of
the cartoon makes me think of LC every time. In the Colosseum, Nero is
impatiently waiting for the Roman Guard (played by Yosemite Sam) to:

"Bring in the next victim!"

I think LC would be "entralled" by that line, don't you think? :))

Second, what is wrong with hair dabbed with scented olive

Could this maybe explain Nick's *real* reason for not making a move on
Natalie? If he views her as the *good girl* because she is mortal and,
therefore, 'perfect', he wouldn't want to soil her in case he ever did
regain his mortality.
Janette, on the other hand, is the *bad girl* and a vampire, so he maybe
sees her as already 'soiled' and that makes her a safe alternative.
Just my thoughts on the matter.

I don't mean to be rude to McLisa. But if LC was in among the 1228
vampires, from what I would guess is that in a short time only one
vampire would be left on the CNN Tower (LC would most likely be it). I
don't think any vampire would be around LC for prolonged periods of time.

Subject: Kickstart The Knight update!

Greetings to all Forever Knight Fans,

It seems that the ads we have been running all this time in the trade
papers have gotten attention!

Kickstart The Knight has news from a reliable source that Nick
Gray, producer of all three seasons of Forever Knight, got a phone call a
week or two ago from Columbia/Tri-Star. They were asking him about the ads
they have been seeing in Variety and Hollywood Reporter.
Here's a direct quote... "Maybe we should start paying attention." That is
exactly what Nick says the Columbia/Tri-Star caller stated. This was told to
our source by Mr.Gray himself.

We are all very encouraged by this! Because of this it's more important than
ever to keep doing what we have done all this time. We need to keep the
momentum going on the ads--to place more of them, more frequently. However,
at the moment KtK does not have enough items to hold the kind of auction that
would bring in the amount of funds needed to place ads, that would continue
to bring us the attention we need. So, we are asking all of you, if you have
anything FK, or from any other popular fandom that you feel you can part with
to help the cause, we would really appreciate it. Contact me at:
SField8067@a....... and put "Auction Items" in the subject line.

We also have an exciting new project coming soon. Kickstart The Knight will
be creating a very special video which will include
all FK fans that wish to be involved in it. Yes, we will need
pictures/videos of yourself, family and friends wearing FK clothes, and
asking for more FK. It can be of yourself or with groups of friends holding
up signs or you and friends at cons. In other words, anything you feel
represents you wanting TPTB to return FK.
This video will be edited and compiled into a video of approximately 15 minutes
in length with music to be added and then it will be presented to various
powers that be. We at KtK feel the time is right for you all not only to be

         Approacheth

Morning all :)

Yup, crossposting again........oh, and I am using AOL 7 at home now, so I am
crossing my fingers and hoping it doesn't goof things up on the lists!!

I am still taking names for the extra, somewhat fuzzy, though quite
watchable, tape of the TRACKER premiere, starring Adrian Paul as Cole and
Geraint Wyn Davies as Zim (GWD's part is small in this ep but gets better I
hear tell <g>).

This **off air** <hehe> tape has last Saturday's Relic Hunter (nope, don't
know the title of it) at the beginning at EP, then Tracker after it......the
first few minutes of Tracker are at EP, then we switched it to SP (2 hour)
during the first commercial; when I checked it, __I__ could not see the speed

change, but that would depend on your VCR, I imagine.

I have quite a few names in the hat here, but I thought I would repost in
case anyone missed it the first time around...............I know a lot of
people didn't get to see Adrian and Ger in Tracker, so I am happy to share
this extra tape that I do not need. It is NOT perfect, but like I said,
quite watchable :>)=

I will put all names and email addys I receive by about 6 or 7 pm this
evening (Wed., Pacific Time) in a hat, have my SO draw a name from the hat
(so I don't cheat <LOL>) and the "winner" gets the tape as a GIFT, no
postage, nada :)

Good luck and have fun!!

Forever Hugs,
Forever Peace,

LC : "Doctor, I just can't seem to be able to stop myself. I have this need to
control all and everyone around me. And, believe me, I'm used to getting what
I want. The only one I can't seem to control is myself."
"Err..uh, my mother? What does she have to do with any of this?"

Nick: "Doc, there are times when I feel that I just don't have any control
over my life. It seems that everything I do backfires and, well, of course it
doesn't matter what my original intentions were, but I'm unltimately
responsible and things just never go the way I plan."
"Yes, I do think things out and plan. I'm not always impulsive."
"My father? Uhh....what does he have to with anything?"

Janette: "Well, Doctor, you see it's like this. I was given to a man I did not
want to marry, then he sold me into slavery to please other men; then I met a
man who freed me from that life and I was able to have my revenge; then I
stayed with my *saviour* even after I met another man whom I thought I loved,
but he smothered me so I took off, but then he ultimately became my new
master and now I sort of have to answer to him though he loves another and
doesn't even want to be my master. You see?"
"My wardrobe? I didn't buy it in a store? Everything I wear is custom made,
never store bought."
"So you're saying that I need to please men? Even down to my appearance?"

Nat: "Well, I don't know exactly where to begin. I'm just your normal everyday
person. I work as a forensic pathologist and met a man while doing my job.
He turned out to be a police detective in homocide. We can't be together
because of certain personal problems on his end, but we're extremely good
friends. In the span of six years, I've met and gotten closer to this man,
I've lost two good friends - this man's last partner and his last captain -
to a horrible plane crash, then I lost my brother in a shooting, and I lost my
goddaughter to some street slime, and I also lost one very good friend to
suicide. Did I mention that I dated a serial killer and that I was almost the
victim of a black market organ seller?"
"Oh, I didn't. Of course everything turned out okay. Each time I was rescued
in one form or another by this detective friend of mine."
"I should stay away from him....I ...uh don't understand. Nick isn't the
problem. Doc? Uh....Doc, where are you going?"
"What do you mean you're retiring? You're supposed to help me, not tell me
that this man is a bad influence on my life!"

- Well, that's the gist of it.

Hmmm....I don't understand why you can't talk about that mad Twister game you
two were playing.
