...you pass a construction site for a prestigous new office complex, and
have to read the sign several times before it sinks in that the company is
called 'Lucidus'..... For some strange reason I kept missing the letter 'D'
out of the name....

Hmmm.... wonder if our beloved Nightcrawler is investing some of his
(doubtless illicitly obtained) funds into a fancy new office block in the
town of Watford, England? <G>

Hate to be the one to break the bad news to you, Eric, but .... while there
may be a cover version by Erasure, it was originally recorded by and is
(more importantly) written by Swedish superstars Abba!

Yes, Erasure covered several of Bjorn&Benny's tunes on their 'ABBA-esque' album
incl. 'Gimme, Gimme, Gimme,' 'S.O.S.,' 'Take A Chance On Me,' 'Lay All Your
Love On Me' and 'Voulez-Vous.' It's still enough for anyone who doesn't love
dance pop to cringe in horror. Me, I love my ABBA and Erasure! :D

I used to equate the song with Janette simply because of the chorus, I think
Eric has a point and the verses fit Natalie better way better overall.

Subject: My FK website and a request

I meant to send this out earlier...I swear I composed it....but apparently I
was just thinking too hard.

Recently my computer had a little accident and I lost all my mail. I seem
to recall a few people sending me notices of my FK links being out of date
or people who wanted me to add them to my links list. In addition to this I
just found out that my copy of my webpages also got nuked so i'll have to
re-download it.

And now the request:
If you bop around my site for awhile you'll see I haven't put very many new
downloads lately. That's cuz I'm out of ideas...if anyone has some they'd
like to send my way i'd appreicate it.

As for Knight School...i know I was supposed to start it back up a REAL long
time ago...and I have no excuse. If you want me to start back up again drop
me a line and I'll use that as a motivation.

Hugs to all,
Cousin Raven

Would he even be able to get those shots? What kind would he need? I'd
love to be a fly on the wall for *that* doctor's visit!

I wonder if he'd be allergic to all the different kinds of plants too?
Things that just weren't around in Europe in the 1200's, the more exotic
plants that have become commonplace now. I can just picture his
medicine cabinet - antihistamines, calamine lotion, cortisone cream...
<g>

And did they have (trying to keep this PG!) certain methods of birth
control back then? I can just see his first attempt at... <ahem>
'applying' one to a certain portion of anatomy... ;-)

Hm, how to keep this all ages... A lady in London made these items from
sheep's intestines back in the 16 or 17th century. She made her fortune and
was going to retire but after the public outcry went back into business for
the good of society!

Also constructed from a pig's bladder or leather (more expensive version
lined with sheepskin) at various times.

Hi
can anyone tell me what the URL for the FTP fan fiction archive is. My
monitor has gone to AV heaven, since I'm reduced to using only the
university computers I no longer have any of my bookmarks :(
Also as I can only access my web site with my home connection I will be
unable to update until I get a new monitor; I don't know when I will be
able to access it again (depends on how long the insurance company takes
to pay me).

Thanks

They still have the sheepskin one's available. Or at least they did about 16
years ago when I was in HS in Health Education class (so I was told...taught).
