I can't believe how identical all our experiences are. Once I was showing
my FK videos to a friend at his place, trying to get him interested in the
show. After the night was over, we went to his underground parking garage
to get to his car and for him to drive me home. And there, in the spot
right in front of us, was the caddy. Right year, right model, convertible,
fins and all, just different color (white). I spent about 15 minutes
admiring it before I finally got into my friend’s car and we drove away.
Nice thing is, the car is usually there and I can enjoy looking at it
whenever I go to my friend's.

Um... Bonnie? What's your boss look like? And has he reacted adversely to
garlic spread, sunlight, or talks on the lack of respect of children to
their elders? What about peaches? How does he feel abot peaches? If his
hair is dark, have you checked the roots for signs of dyeing? Does he dress
in black? Sneer and lift one eybrow when disgusted?

Please help, I need this for a fic I'd like to post tonight, if
possible. What is Natalie's middle name? Does she have one? (Some
people don't).

I don't think Natalie has a middle name. At least not in FK cannon.

I just saw a commercial for "The Outer Limits" airing this Saturday on Sci
Fi. It looks like Kristen Lehman stars!! That makes her, what? Third
"Outer Limits" appearance?

Cool.

Never mind, I just realized that Yahoo had filed the fkfanfic2 and
nnpack e-mail to my fkfic-l folder, for some weird reason. Okay,
panic is over.  Whew.

She was never given on one the show. Most likely she has one,
so I'd say go ahead and choose a name.

Just saw there was even a short article in my local german newspaper,
on Aug. 8th. Looks like we'll got to see it too! (although only dubbed, as
always :( And again, no mention of Greg's part, sorry)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Die unendliche Geschichte"
"Die unendliche Geschichte" von Michael Ende, bislang als Buch und als
Kinofilm bekannt, soll im Fernsehen in Serie gehen. Die Movie Factory
Muenchen und die internationalen Partner Muse Entertainment sowie
Hallmark Entertainment produzieren in Kanada eine 13-teilige TV-Serie
mit einem Budget von 18 Millionen Euro. Auch zwei deutsche Fernseh-
sender seien an dem Serienprojekt interessiert, hieß es. Die Regisseure
sind Adam Weissman und Giles Walker, in den Hauptrollen spielen Mark
Rendall als der zwoelfjaehrige Bastian, der sich beim Lesen eines Buches
in "Die unendliche Geschichte" hineintraeumt, und Tyler Hynes, der den
15-jaehrigen Atreyu, Bastians Alter Ego in Phantasien, spielt.
Thought some of you might have fun trying their rusty german... <g>
Okay, and for the others a translation by myself:
Looks like everyone will get to see it BUT me. I had to call the cable company
on another matter, so asked about the Odyssey/Hallmark channel. I was told they
won't be getting it. *sob* (on more levels than one, as it looks like they have
some great series and I  love most Hallmark movies).
Anyway, being a recurring character, I didn't think we'd see any pre-mention of
Greg and he won't be in every episode. His character name is Rip Rowdy and it is
rather extensive makeup, though he'll be fairly recognizable (or at least he was
to me, I've seen one picture).
If anyone plans to tape this series, please let me know. As I've said before,
I'd like to see it even when Greg's not in it as it is a favorite movie/book. I
did find someone who plans to tape it, but she's taping at "six hours per tape,"
(which will sure do in a pinch!)
I hope she gets another regular show soon. I loved her in "Strange World".
I thought she did a great job. It's a shame the show was never given a
chance by the network. It had a very strong cast overall and great stories.
