Subject: A Reese Sighting?

I was flipping through channels yesterday and could have sworn I saw the
actor who played Captain Reese on some horror show called Watchers.  Since
the character died just seconds before I tuned it on, I wasn't sure.

Can someone verify this?

Also, why was Ger listed as a "Special Appearance By:" in Dancing in the
Dark?  I mean, I *know* he's special, but...
or did that just refer to the fact that his part--(as *Dr. Lambert*, btw! I
nearly fell off the bed! lol)--was too darn short!

Does anyone remember by which name Jean d'Arc addressed our boy Nicky?  Was
it Nicholas, Nicolas, or "hey, Sugar Stockings!" (Oooops, that last leaked
out -- Kyer is a bad influence....) Or by some other name or title I can't
remember? Seems like Gwyneth (?) addressed him as Nicole (or whatever the
apropriate spelling....).  I'm checking for a fic.

Special billing is part of his contract. In Robocop: Prime Directives he is
billed  as "and Geraint Wyn Davies as Kaydick" in all segments although he
is only in two. Page Fletcher (Robocop), Maurice Dean Wint (RoboCable)
(both FK alum) and Leslie Hope (Conspiracy of Fear) are listed by name

I watched Human Factor last night.  I'd recently found out that the boy
with Janette was Ger's son.  Cute kid.

Janette said that she felt the Vampire completely leave after she killed
Laroush (?).  Do you think this is the price she had to pay to become
human.  It was not ony the love they shared.  It might also have been
the willingness to kill for the man she love and to actually do it.

FORKNI-L  RULES

If you have more than one point to answer, then you may quote the
relevant four lines for that point also.

3. Limit sigs to 6 lines.  This includes all information, decoration
quotations and blank lines.  Your name and address count as part of

your name and the blank line or lines between count as part of the six
line limit. If you have one of those services that insists on putting an

Hi everyone! :)
 I gave you 2 weeks for the "Trivia Questions". I hope everyone enjoyed
them. <G> Here's the answers:

1. What's Nick's license plate number and year of car?
 1962 convertible, with Ontario license plate number 35HMV6

2. How old was Natalie when she met Nick?
 It was her 28th Birthday.

3. What's Nick's badge number?
 16596

4. How did Nick join the Toronto Police Department?
 He was transferred from the Chicago Police Department, where he may have
begun his police career. The show never gave any details of this transfer,
however, or of how Nick got past the medical examiner. Presumably he was
supplied with good records by Aristotle (the vampiric forger par
excellence), and hypnotized anyone who asked too many questions. When he
came to Chicago (as shown in a flashback sequence) he represented himself as
a transferee from Glasgow, but he showed a certain lack of expertise. He
claimed this was because the Scottish police were different from their
American counterparts--but after his partner was almost killed due to his
inexperience, he allowed himself to be sent to the police academy for
training. This incident occured in the 1950s, and Nick went to Toronto in
1989 at the (official) age of 31, so he may have left Chicago for a long
while, then returned after a couple of decades, when (presumably) nobody
would associate the new, young guy with the Fifties Scotsman.

5. If Nick doesn't feed on humans, how does he satisfy his hunger for blood?
 He usually drinks cow's blood, which he somehow obtains from
slaughterhouses, and stores in wine bottles in his refrigerator. Most of the
other vampires think his diet is gross.

6. Was Nick Brought across in A.D. or B.D. 1228?
 A.D.

7. How long did Janette run the Raven Night Club?
 1975 to 1995

8. What's the name and what type is Natalie's cat?
 Sidney Lambert and a grey tabby.

9. What is Natalie's emergency Phone Number?

10. What does "Brought Across" mean in FK?
 (or "brought over") turned into a vampire; "brought across" from the land
of the living.

11. What does "First Hunger" mean in FK?
 as described by Vachon, a vampire starts his or her career so thirsty that
it will take the first available blood. That can be the blood of a friend,
lover, enemy--anything. One acquires a strong taste for the blood of
whatever species its first victim belonged to. This happened to Screed, who
described his first meal as a "squealer," presumably a rat.

12. What does "The Code" mean in FK?
 the vampiric laws enforced by the enforcers. Its exact formulation is a
mystery, although it seems to be meant to protect the existence of the
vampiric community from discovery by mortals.

13. What does Nick do with his money?
 A vampire named Feliks Twist is a financial wizard. He can arrange trusts,
transfers and dummy corporations, so that a vampire can hold onto a fortune
throughout the centuries, and not have mortal financiers (or government
agents) become suspicious.

14. What are Fans called?
