How old was Janette when Nicholas was brought across?
Even a guesstimate within 50 years would help.

Not gospil. But if you figure she spent roughly around
22-28 years as a mortal, plus about 228 years from
1000 AD when she was brought across (give or take a
few years), I'd say she was probably about 250-252
years old...

Subject: News of the Weird

I'm coming out of my lurkdom in order to tell you what was on News of
the Weird which my husband so kindly emailed me. This was listed under
"Things Not Supposed to Happen Anymore".

First, a 45 year old man was charged with assault in Clarkstown, NY for
attempting to drive a sharp wooden stake through a man's heart with a
hammer. The man said he was acting on "instructions from a higher
authority."

And if that wasn't weird enough, 2 weeks later in San Francisco, a
hitchhiker named Eric David Knight was arrested after he had allegedly
bit a driver in the neck and sucked his blood after thanking him for the
ride. Knight told police, "I need the cure. I need blood."

Think this guy might have watched a little too much FK?

Subject: Important Things to Know...PLUS reminders...Please Read...

Hello everyone!

This is a reminder to participate in this month's blitz to TPTB! Info's
below, so please be helpful and blitz, blitz, and BLITZ! :) Thank you!

Also... The phone blitz to Sci-fi for October's not turning out so swell so
far. I have only recieved 5 people who say they can actually call and to put
them on the calling list. Sooo, please be of help and join in on this. Do
you want FK back?! Do you want to see the re-runs again?? Do you want to see
NEW Knight?! I know I do!! It takes "fan power" though!! Look what Nikita
fans got! Why can't we too? So, please e-mail me with your name and e-mail
addy and I'll add you to the ultra cool fan phone list!! :) Remember this is
to add to all our other cool plans for October! It can only help so please
be a part!

E-mail Me: kris1228@s....... with "Phone Blitz" as subject. Thanks!

BLITZ INFO:

This entire month we are focusing on the four powers that be, Tristar,
Sci-fi, TNT, and now CBS!

A lot of FK fans have wondered why we don't approach other networks about
possibly reviving the series. Well, we decided to include along with Sci-fi
and Tristar for this month a blitz to TNT along with CBS to test the
waters!!

E-mail: tnt@t.......
(and place in the subject line: "To The Attention Of The Vice-President of
Programming")

You also may call TNT's Viewer Comment and Question Line at (404) 885-4538,
however we ask that any phone calls be in addition to letters and e-mails.

For snail mail, send to:
Vice-President of Programming
TNT 1010 Techwood Drive, NW
Atlanta, GA 30318

CBS Mail Form: http://cbsnews.cbs.com/now/feedback/0,1611,412,00.html

For snail mail, send to:
Leslie Moonves
President,
CBS Entertainment
7800 Beverly Blvd.
Los Angeles,CA 90036

and...

CBS
51 West 52nd St.
New York, NY 10019

Its going to be a big dose of e-mails from each of you the fans that would
love to not only have FK back on Sci-fi's schedule, but want to make sure
everyone knows that we are want more FK with the original cast in new
episodes and or movies!! So, what do you say? Are you ready to sit down,
take that few minutes and send off three e-mails? It could make all the
difference in the world!

Remember, say a little or say a lot, but say it!! We can make more FK
happen!!!

For the "whole" month of September, we are asking everyone to blitz the
feedbacks!!! For the month, you can re-use the e-mails you did before, or
write new ones. They can be long, or as short as just saying, "Bring Back
Forever Knight."

Important info to add in your letters: Sunday July 16, at 9:00 pm, ET/8:00
pm CT, SciFi aired a monthly program focussing on sci-fi movies and tv shows
that have become "cult" favorites among fans. The program's called
"SCIography", During this current blitz, we could ask that an upcoming
"SCIography" ep feature FK! So far, they plan to do eps on "Battlestar
Galactica", "Quantum Leap" and "Sliders", so asking them if they plan to do
a "SCIography" ep about FK can't hurt.

Also, Sci-Fi will be airing "Sci-Fi World", which is a 6 hour block of
sci-fi programs with a different theme each day. It's also possible to ask
them if FK will be a part of the "Sci-Fi World" programming block! So, be
sure to include these new ideas in the summer blitzes!

ALSO REMEMBER!! Sci-fi will be changing its schedule around again in the
fall.... lets make sure that we get Forever Knight on!!!

Sci-Fi's E-mail: feedback@w.......

Sony/Tristar Mail Form: http://www.spe.sony.com/spe/help_feedback_index.html

When e-mailing TriStar,(especially) give as much personal info as you
can...rather than just an e-mail name. A bit more personal carries more
weight with TPTB.

There's also a button, I made, which you can post on your websites to spread
the word about the blitzes. Have it link to my "save fk" page.

Long Live the Knight!
Kristin

P.S. I'll be sending out weekly reminders on this list as I did last month
to make sure you keep on blitzing those powers that be! :)

Well, I vote you get 'em both List Daddy! <EG>
I just wonder Who he will go after first.. <looking in KYER's general

You both better start a runnin' just in case. <snicker> I think I saw Don in

I didn't do one of a vampirein a bunny suit, but I have written one where
Screed goes after the Easter Bunny... I think I called it "Screed's Easter
Adventure" and it should be archived somewhere.

It's a rather quirky film about man-eating aliens coming to a rather quirky
town. Nigel plays the head alien, one of the main roles.

I've always heard she was 200 yrs old when Nick was created...The Forever
Knight timeline lists that she was brought across between 1070-1100 AD,
based on the flashbacks in "A Fate Worse Than Death". The addy for this
timeline is www.loftworks.com/FK/Episodes/FK_Timeline/fktimeline.html .
Many thanks to the fans who prepared this for us!!

Subject: DISCIPLES OF DIVIA SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

I have been long in posting here due to RL considerations. I
am taking this time to reply to all those who have been unable
to access the DoD website.

Due to RL considerations, Kelly, who established the DoD site
2 and a half years ago, has taken down the site. She will not
be able to be the Webmistress anymore, and we are currently
looking for a new home for the site.

I wish to thank Kelly and all those who have been True Believers
the past 2 and a half years, and who have stuck by us. And to
the "Loyal Opposition" as well; you kept us busy!<g>

This does NOT mean the DoD is defunct--far from it!The E-
Groups mailing list lives on, new members come online all the
time, I continue to write Divia fanfic for FKFIC-L, and 2001
will see more surprises, so hang in there!

I will be adding updated DoD info as well as KL info(as she
gets same to us) at my current Vampyre site:

http://www.webspawner.com/users/darkhavens

Try it out--it has not only Vampyre links, but links to Anime
(a passion of mine) and Goth stuff.

Kathryn Long turned 18 July 12, which means she is free of
parental control, and will be much more able to work directly
with us in getting done that long-promised interview, new pix,
etc.

Thanks again to all who cared, and still do.

Carl

Dunno about bunnies ... sounds like something the Dark Perks would do in
Wartime. Didn't we put Vachon in the cow suit at some point in one of the

Uhm... well... <giggling> I must confess that I wrote a Halloween Challenge
story in which a certain Roman General wound up wearing a pink bunny suit,
much to the delight of everyone.

It's called "Halloween Knight" and it's at FKFanfic.com.
